The Iowa Permit Technicians Association will be holding our annual conference and membership meeting in Altoona, IA. This year’s two-day course will be The Complete Permit Technician taught by instructor Steve Burger. This course would be especially beneficial to those looking to prepare for the 2018 or 2021 ICC Permit Technician certification exam, for Certified Permit Techs looking for a refresher course, for front counter personnel looking to sharpen their skills, and anyone else in Building, Planning, or Zoning Departments looking for ways to support their fellow departments.
